Return & Refund Policy

At Hoodoo Coffee, we want every cup to be part of a great daily ritual. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and other food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We may accept returns of unopened products on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dkrcoffee@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is the result of our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure freshness.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at dkrcoffee@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hoodoo Coffee is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with tracking information when available.
